5 x 7 nitrate negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons on June 24, 1920. Image of 110.33' Charles E. Nicholson designed, Camper & Nicholson built cutter SHAMROCK IV (built 1914 in Gosport, England) off Sandy Hook during early tuning trials for 1920 America's Cup. Visible in image: port side deck view of the cutter SHAMROCK IV on starboard close reach with mainsail, staysail and jib raised, crew seen aboard tending to the lines, a woman is seen in the cockpit with the captain and mate, decorative sternboard visible.
