Image of 121' Burgess & Morgan, Inc. designed, Herreshoff built J class sloop ENTERPRISE (built 1930 in Bristol, R.I.) in Glen Cove, NY. Visible in image: cropped port quarter view of the J Class sloop ENTERPRISE on starboard close-hauled tack, painted on stern: "ENTERPRISE / NEW YORK", broad span of water and clips a section of the photographers boat in the lower left corner.
