5x7 safety negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons on June 2, 1937. Image of the 135' Bath Iron Works J Class sloop RANGER which was built 1937 in Bath, Maine. Visible in image: cropped starboard quarter view of RANGER on a practice run, undersail running before the wind with mainsail,staysail and jib reaching with the crew observing the performance of the sails.
