LORD DUNRAVEN GIVES UP THE CONTEST; Last of the America's Cup Races This Year Simply a Walk- over for the Defender. VALKYRIE CROSSED THE LINE, THEN TURNED BACK Because No Guarantee of Non-Interference by the Pleasure Fleet Was Given, Dunraven Decided Not to Race. ALSO HE RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM THE REGATTA COMMITTEE.
