DESCRIPTION SITE :

Private yachts, excursion boats and tugs steamed out to watch the 1885 America's Cup Race. In the second race of the defense of the cup the Puritan is leading the Genesta in a turn around the buoy, which is framed between J. P. Morgan's famous yacht Corsair and another large yacht of the New York Yacht Club.
