ColaciccoSVSalvatore Colacicco is a world-renowned marine artist. He was born in Bellagio, near Lake Como, in 1935. He studied at Brera Academy, Milan and lived thirty years in England. Almost all of his paintings have been exported to the United States.

Salvatore Colacicco's style, with an Italian feel, was very reminiscent of marine artists of the 19 th century. One of his achievements would be the 26 panels that illustrate the history and development of the paddle steamer that he painted for the Russell Cotes Museum in Bournemouth.
